JosephFerguson: Hello Everyone and welcome to my World of Research Blog. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas and eventually moved to Waco, Texas where I attended Baylor University. While at Baylor University I played rugby and truly discovered what leadership and teamwork was all about. After my years at Baylor I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education degree with a major in Social Studies. After Baylor I moved back to Austin, Texas where I have worked for Stony Point in the Round Rock ISD district. I currently have a wife named Amy and two boys; Colton is 8 and Jaxson is 11 months. I am pursuing a masters degree in Principal Leadership where I hope to one day become either a principal and/or a college professor.
